This processor has literally set a new standard for what a mid range processor should be. No other processor exceeds in performance by 50% compared to its predecessor. This processor does.
Not just that, but its beats its direction competition from Intel i.e the Core i5-10210U processor by a large margin as well.
Hence in terms of performance, this AIO PC for business offers an unprecedented value. To complement the great processor, it also features 16 GB of RAM which is good enough for professional editing and designing work.
And finally, to top all that up, it also offers a good 512 GB of SSD drive.

2. Lenovo IdeaCentre F0EW005TUS – Affordable Option for General Purpose Business Usage
Next up, we have another AIO desktop from Lenovo. This model practically hails from the same series as the desktop above, but it is available at a much cheaper price tag.
For starters, it offers the same form factor and design as the option above. Meaning it features 24 inch FHD screen with a beautifully crafted stand and a bezel-less display.
What sets this apart from the one above is the fact that this offers a somewhat weaker Ryzen 3 4300U processor and half the capacity of RAM and Storage i.e 8 GB RAM and 256 SSD.
While the core performance of this desktop would be lag free for most of the business applications, if you ever plan to perform professional editing or designing tasks, then we recommend you stick with the option above.
Alternatively, if you are conscious of your budget and are looking for a machine that can do almost all of the business activities i.e accounting, HR, communication etc under the sun with ease, then this is more than enough.
All in all, if you are looking for an economical option, then this is the best all in one computer for business in our opinion.
3. Acer Aspire C24-963-UA91 – With Core i3 10th Gen Processor
Here we have another highly affordable AIO desktop for business. However, unlike Lenovo IdeaCentre F0EW005TUS above, this feature an Intel processor.
The Intel Core i3-1005G1 here is a good low-mid range processor for average business activities. However, in terms of performance compared to the Ryzen 3 430oU it is weaker.
So why should you invest in this? You should invest in this for a few good reasons. For starters, it is cheaper. Secondly, it offers a very large 512 GB of SSD storage.
To top that up, it also comes with a wireless keyboard and a mouse. Hence, what you get here is a complete package.
Plus, as far as the popularity goes, this among the most popular AIO PCs out there. It has garnered a near perfect score from its customers.
Of course, the intended use case of this desktop is light and you should not expect it to perform well under professional level of digital content creation jobs.
Basically, this is a highly economical and a complete package of a model and hence deserves a place among the best all in one computers for business.
4. HP 27-dp0170 – Large Display AIO with Touchscreen
With this AIO desktop we enter the realm of high end models. Now this is an expensive model compared to what we saw above. However, it has a few tricks up its sleeve that can appeal to you.
One crucial element that sets this apart from the option above is the large 27 Inch screen. A large screen for many is comfortable for work and entertainment.
Hence if you have a large desk and you want to occupy it with a beautiful 27 inch AIO desktop, then this can be recommended.
On top of that, the display is also a touchscreen. So basically, if you are content creator who wants to work on large canvas with a digital pen or if you just appreciate another dimension for navigation, then this is the best all in one computer for business in our opinion.
In terms of performance, however, this is not as great as the Lenovo IdeaCentre F0EW005SUS we saw earlier above. It features a weaker Intel Core i5-1035G1 processor and also offers a lower 12 GB of RAM in comparison.
But from a general point of view, this is still a highly capable desktop great enough to be used for content creation.

Yet, compared to the awesome Ryzen 5 4500U, it still lags behind in performance – this literally is a testament to how big of a leap Ryzen has made with its 4th generation processors.
The Core i7-10510U itself is an excellent processor generally used by professionals and digital content creators.
While the processor may not be as powerful as the Ryzen 5 4500U, what separates this desktop from the rest above is that it includes a dedicated 2 GB NVIDIA MX110 graphics card, albeit an entry level one.
This can come in handy particularly when you are performing designing tasks that require GPU acceleration. As far as gaming goes, no, this graphics card is not suitable for gaming. It is only a supporting component for 3D accelerated functions on many professional softwares.
Other than that, it offers a good storage combination with a fast 512 GB SSD plus another larger and slower 1 TB HDD. Hence you can use the SSD for operating system and most used applications and files whereas the HDD can be used for storing and archiving data.
It also offers a good 16 GB of RAM as you would expect from a high end PC.
All in all, if a gorgeous 27 inch Touchscreen model with a powerful hardware appeals to you, then this is the best all in one computer in our opinion.
How to Choose the Right All in One Desktop for Business?
The type of hardware that you choose for your AIO desktop would depend upon the type of work you wish to perform.
The type of hardware would eventually decide the price of the AIO desktop in turn. So if you are mindful of your budget, the first thing would be to decide upon your requirements.
If you have a large budget and want to factor in the aesthetic appeal of the AIO desktop, then well, you can choose the premium high end AIO for your business setup too.
However, here we have reviewed the desktops based on their practicality and performance / dollar value.
Basically the point here is that someone who needs an AIO PC just for basic accounting and writing emails would have a different set of requirements as compared to someone who does digital content creation for their business.
Processor has and always will be the critical deciding factor of what kind of hardware configuration you are looking for.
A low end processor would pertain to the fact that you are looking for a basic machine whereas a high end processor would mean that you are looking for a powerful workstation.
Basically there are three categories of processors: entry-level, mid-range and high-end processors.
Entry level processor include the likes of Intel Celeron, Pentium and AMD Athlon processor, mid range processor include the Ryzen 3, Ryzen 5, Core i3 and Core i5 line of processors. The high end line of processor includes Core i7 and Ryzen 7 processors. There is also an extreme range of processors but for business usage, we will not get in to those.
So when it comes to processor for business, we do not recommend that you go for entry level processors. The minimum we recommend is going for a Core i3 or a Ryzen 3 processor. These low-mid range processor are great for day to day business tasks like accounting, researching, email correspondence etc.
If you are a content creator, then we recommend you stick with mid range processors and finally, if you perform engineering works for your business, then high end processors would do you well.
For business applications, mid range processors would be most suited in our opinion.
Graphics card is not a very important consideration for a desktop intended for business usage.
While high end dedicated graphics cards are literally useless in this scenario, you may benefit from some low end dedicated graphics card particularly if you do some photo editing work.
But the performance benefit could be marginal at best. In most cases, the integrated graphics card that comes built in with the processor is good enough for business activities.
RAM determines how well your PC can multitask and how large of a file you can edit and open at a time without any lag.
It is also an important component for video editing and rendering and also for advanced applications like machine learning.
We recommend that you go for 8 GB of RAM at the minimum and if given a choice, always opt for 16 GB of RAM. While for average business activities you would not quite utilize as high a RAM as 16 GB, it is future proof and can come in handy should you ever wish to performing editing work.

Since time is money for business, if you want a lightening fast performance then SSDs storage should be your priority. Luckily most of the AIO desktops in all price ranges come with SSD storage by default anyways.
However since SSDs are expensive, you may not find a large capacity. If you want a higher capacity, we recommend investing in an external hard disk drive. These are cheap and can help you archive large files.
Plus since most of the latest desktops feature high speeds USB 3.1 or 3.2 ports, accessing files from the external hard drives is almost as fast as it would be if it were installed internally.
